Strenghtening Alternatives from the communities for a Panama with true sustainable socialenvironmental structures

 

Live on our planet depends on the correct treatment of the ecologic subject. This process through the construction of sustainability starts from local issues and then organizes and coordinates citizens statements and actions aimed to act on regional, national and global aspects. Therefore, it results in a challenge to the legal body of law, and to the economic and political structures of the State. This process trys to find changes within the institutional order, which is built over obstacles to proposals about human development in harmony with nature and respect of cultural differences.

 

The panamenian state´s politics regarding the energetic material, mines and residential turism became generatores of socialecologic conflicts.

 

The mayor value of the tecnologic-scientific knowledge is in search of the human wellbeing. Therefore it´s a must to participate in the social processes and to force individual and collective capabilities  in an equal way by exchanging knowledge and experience between the ones, who share the same ethic obligingness: the respect of the human dignity, it´s diversity and it´s surroundings.

Fortaleciendo Altarnativas desde las Comunidades para un Panamá con Estructuras de Gestión Socioambiental Realmente Sustentables...

La vida en el planeta depende del correcto manejo de la problemática ambiental mediante la construcción de sustentabilidad desde lo local; organizando y coordinando planteamientos y acciones ciudadanas hacia lo nacional, regional y global. Este proceso necesariamente cuestiona el ordenamiento jurídico, económico y político en busca de cambios institucionales reales en el Estado, en la medida en que el orden institucional se constituya en obstáculo a propuestas de desarrollo humano integral en armonía con la naturaleza y respeto a la diversidad cultural.
Las políticas del Estado panameño en materia energética, minera y de turismo residencial se han constituido en generadoras de conflictos socioambientales.
El mayor valor del saber científico-técnico se encuentra en la búsqueda del bienestar humano, por lo que resulta obligatorio participar de los procesos sociales y fortalecer recíprocamente capacidades individuales y colectivas, intercambiando conocimientos y experiencias entre quienes comparten el mismo compromiso ético: el respeto a la dignidad humana, su diversidad y su entorno.
